Through a healthcare recruitment agency, well-established aged care organisations in New South Wales and Victoria are recruiting Registered Nurses for full-time permanent roles of 38 hours per week. Places are in Sydney and in coastal and rural inland towns. Those aiming to step up into leadership, and newly graduated nurses with 1 year of aged care experience in Australia, are both a fit.
Candidates must be already in Australia with full working rights, for example PR, citizenship, a partner visa, an existing 482 visa or a 485 graduate visa. Visa sponsorship under 482 is offered if required.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Must be onshore in Australia now, with full working rights (PR, citizen, partner visa, 482 visa held through an employer or 485 graduate visa)
- Registered Nurse experience in Australia, ideally 1 year or more
- Written communication that is excellent
- Verbal communication that is excellent
- Problem-solving that is strong when under pressure
- Able to share out tasks to match the skill mix on every shift
