Terms of Use
Last updated: 31 October 2026
Use of jobsabroad.co.ug is offered by Red Migration FZC subject to the conditions on this page. They are legally binding, yet we've kept the language ordinary so that you can follow it. Taking a few minutes over them now may save you doubt later.
1. Your agreement to these terms
The moment you start using JobsAbroad Uganda, you accept this page together with the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer and the Cookie Policy, which are all part of the agreement. Anyone who doesn't accept them should leave the site.
Throughout, "we", "us" and "our" mean Red Migration FZC (108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates); "you" means whoever is using JobsAbroad Uganda.
2. The service on offer
On JobsAbroad Uganda you'll find vacancies in Australia and New Zealand whose adverts mention visa sponsorship, visa guides drawn from official government publications, articles about working and living overseas, and now and then a short video. People in Uganda are the audience we have in mind, yet the site is open to all. Every job offers three buttons: apply by email, ask us a question on WhatsApp, and follow our WhatsApp job channel. No account is ever required.
3. How to read a job listing
Role, requirements, pay and conditions are displayed as the employer gave them to us, and the employer is free to alter or withdraw a vacancy whenever it wants. After a closing date we take the listing down, though some jobs are filled before then. Each advert is checked before it goes live, but it can still turn out to be incomplete, outdated or already filled. Confirm anything that matters before you act on it.
4. Applying through us
An application by email is composed and sent by you, from your own mail app, to jobs@jobsabroad.co.ug. Our button simply opens the contact page first, and nothing leaves your device before you press send. Got a question first? Message us on WhatsApp.
Whatever you send, whether CV, certificates, references or other papers, must be true, up to date and something you're entitled to share. Sending forged or altered documents is a grave breach of these terms.
The employer of the job you selected may receive your application from us; any other employer sees it only if you say yes. For how your details are handled, see the Privacy Policy, and read the Disclaimer ahead of making any plan that depends on a job or a visa.
5. What is allowed
Reading, printing and sharing our pages is fine when it's part of your own job search or helps relatives and friends with theirs, and linking to any page is welcome. Anyone aged 18 or older can apply for any job. You pay for your own device, connection and data.
6. What is not allowed
- Supplying false information, or applying under somebody else's name.
- Scraping the site, bulk-copying listings or collecting them with bots.
- Reselling or republishing our job listings, or access to them, without written permission.
- Attacking the site, testing it for weak points, trying to reach the admin page or evading request limits.
- Uploading or distributing malware or other damaging code.
- Passing yourself off as Red Migration FZC, an employer or someone else.
- Using our email address or WhatsApp number for spam, threats or fraud.
- Putting the site to any unlawful use.
7. Our response to a breach
Anyone who breaks these terms risks having an IP address blocked, an application set aside, or messages left unanswered, and we may report serious cases to the authorities. Should a claim or loss against us result from your breach, or from false information you supplied, you agree to pay our reasonable costs.
8. Ownership of the content
Our guides and articles, the site's design and the JobsAbroad Uganda name are owned by Red Migration FZC or used by permission. The wording of a job advert may be the employer's, and a video may be its maker's. Ask us for written consent before you republish any of this.
9. Third-party services and websites
The chats and job channel are delivered by WhatsApp (Meta), and videos are played by YouTube (Google); you're subject to their terms when you use them. The same goes for the other sites we link to: Skills Assessment Australia, Build AI CV, Talent Tabloid and English test practice. Whether any of these services or the government websites are up, and what they contain or do, is outside our responsibility.
10. Uptime and changes
JobsAbroad Uganda is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim to keep it accurate and running, but maintenance, provider outages, network faults and security work can take it down. We may alter, suspend or remove any part of it, or any job, with no warning. A job page vanishes when the role closes, so record the title, link and closing date of anything that matters to you.
11. Where our responsibility ends
The law permits us to exclude liability to a wide extent, and we do so for loss that results from relying on a listing, guide or article or on anything an employer tells you. The same applies to indirect loss, such as lost earnings or missed opportunities, and to what employers, immigration authorities or services we don't operate decide or do. Statutory rights that can't be excluded are not affected.
12. Governing law and courts
The laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, govern these terms and any dispute about them or about JobsAbroad Uganda, and Dubai's courts decide such disputes. A consumer keeps every legal protection that can't be given up by agreement; nothing here removes it.
13. Other provisions
A court that finds one part of these terms unenforceable cuts back that part alone, and everything else continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term straight away doesn't prevent us doing so later. With the other policies mentioned, these terms are the complete agreement on how you use the site.
14. Amendments
We may amend these terms from time to time, changing the date at the top when we do. Carrying on with the site after an amendment means you accept the new version.
15. Reaching us about these terms
If you have a question about these terms, Red Migration FZC can be contacted by email at jobs@jobsabroad.co.ug, by phone or WhatsApp on +971 50 283 2394, or by post at 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
