Do you already fit accessories to 4WDs and other vehicles? A manufacturer based in Australia and growing nationally is hiring in Melbourne for an immediate start. It makes canopies, trays, toolboxes and 4WD accessories at a premium level, and its fitters install them in purpose-built bays, usually on customers' brand new vehicles, including recent conventional, plug-in hybrid and electric ones.
Applicants who work in the automotive aftermarket or the 4WD accessories industry now are the best match. Suitable visa holders who are looking for sponsorship are considered. The deadline for applications is 30 November 2026.

Key Responsibilities
- Take off vehicle parts and put them back
- Prepare vehicles and fit accessories, often on brand new vehicles
- Install trays, drawer modules, windows and keyless entry systems from the company's own factory
- Build up and install canopies, trays and accessories
- Do quality fitting work and watch detail and safety closely
Requirements & Eligibility
- Accessory fitting experience on vehicles
- Automotive installation experience
- Good 4x4 accessories knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- A driver's licence plus a forklift licence (which can be arranged)
- Auto-electrical or OBD experience is preferred but not essential
