Key Responsibilities
- Give residents clinical nursing care in an aged care setting, centred on them as individuals.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Holds nursing registration with AHPRA that is current, along with a current practising certificate.
- Some aged care background.
- Sound clinical nursing knowledge and skills.
- Familiar with the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and the standards used to accredit aged care.
- Communicates and relates to others very well.
- A leader who works effectively in teams and adapts when circumstances change.
- Manages time and organises work well.
- Cares deeply about resident-centred care, dignity and privacy.
- Honest, professional and full of integrity.
- Keen on continuing professional development and quality improvement.
