Key Responsibilities
- Carry out clinical assessments that look at each client's social, emotional, physical and environmental situation
- Plan clinically suitable care
- Manage wounds and keep documentation
- Administer medication and chart it
- Support residents with personal care
- Advocate for clients and offer a premium level of care and support
Requirements & Eligibility
- A relevant degree, with current General Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- A current Australian driver's licence
- A current National Criminal History Check
