Home Care Employees (HCEs) are needed in Mandurah, Western Australia, by a national home care provider that works in community nursing, disability and aged care and is growing there. Care is on offer to individuals, families and communities around the clock, 24/7.
Shifts are varied, active nights included, and the job is in-home care that supports clients' independence, dignity and quality of life. Nursing or home care experience is preferred but not essential. Visa sponsorship is offered for qualified overseas candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Give clinical care and personal care in clients' homes.
- Keep documentation and care plans accurate.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families and healthcare teams.
- Promote safety.
- Promote dignity and well-being in every interaction.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Holds a current Driver's Licence and has a reliable vehicle.
- Has a current National Criminal History Check.
- Holds Nursing Registration if it applies to the role.
- Has First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- Communicates well and relates well to people, and is confident with digital systems for care notes and communication (computer literacy).
- Has nursing or home care experience, which is preferred but not essential.
