A not-for-profit aged care provider needs a passionate Registered Nurse for a full-time position in one of its residential homes, in the Snowy Monaro region of regional New South Wales. The nurse looks after residents' health, wellbeing and everyday life through person-centred care, and steers the care staff towards high standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond when a resident's condition changes
- Keep an eye on residents' health
- Give medications and keep accurate clinical records
- Provide clinical care of high quality that follows individual care plans
- Guide and support care staff so standards stay high
- Communicate openly with residents, families and the wider healthcare team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Strong skills in clinical assessment
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Time spent working in aged care is highly regarded
