In-home aged care nursing and NDIS support come together in this Registered Nurse job in Darwin. The provider, a community care organisation, wants a compassionate person on permanent, full-time hours, so that clients can hold on to their health, wellbeing and independence.
You would deliver nursing in clients' own homes and adjust it to what each person needs and hopes to achieve. Moving to the Northern Territory is part of the deal, so applicants should be willing to do that. The provider offers visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Give clinical care to older clients and NDIS participants
- Carry out clinical assessments
- Develop care plans, then review them
- Support medication management
- Watch for changes in a client's health
- Keep clinical documentation accurate
- Work with families, carers, healthcare professionals and the clients themselves, promoting choice, dignity and independence
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Bring relevant community nursing, aged care or disability services experience
- Show strong skills in clinical assessment, communication and organisation
- Work confidently on your own in a community setting, with a compassionate approach and commitment to safe, person-centred care
- Be willing to move to the Northern Territory
