A growing aged and community care provider in Darwin is looking for Registered Nurses. They would deliver person-centred care to residents in a community aged care setting, working with an experienced multidisciplinary team, being mentored by senior clinicians and supported with CPD, with real career progression.
The role is for applicants who are already in Australia, since working rights there are required, and eligible onshore candidates can be offered employer sponsorship, with a pathway to permanent residency for those who qualify.

Key Responsibilities
- Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing
- Advocate for residents and promote good clinical outcomes
- Carry out clinical assessments
- Develop individual care plans
- Provide wound care, administer medications and complete clinical documentation
- Monitor residents' health and respond as their care needs change
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, quality care
Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Relevant nursing qualifications
- Community aged care experience gained previously
- Strong skills in clinical assessment
- Strong skills in care planning
- Excellent skills in communication and interpersonal work
- A current Australian driver's licence
- Australian working rights
