Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Home Care Employees are wanted in Melbourne's south-east by a national community nursing, disability and aged care provider that is expanding. Work is in clients' homes, on flexible casual shifts, with continuing training.

Key Responsibilities
- Give clinical care of a first-rate standard in clients' homes
- Give personal care of a first-rate standard in clients' homes
- Keep digital documentation and care plans accurate
- Talk with families, healthcare teams and clients with confidence
- Champion wellbeing, safety and dignity in every interaction
Requirements & Eligibility
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using digital systems for care notes and communication
- A trustworthy vehicle
- A current driver's licence
- Current first aid and CPR
- AHPRA registration (for the nurse roles)
- Experience in nursing or home care preferred but not essential
