Registered Nurse / Midwife
Visa sponsorship
Healthcare · Bairnsdale, VIC, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
Dual-registered Registered Nurse / Midwives are wanted in East Gippsland, Victoria, for a regional maternity team that gives continuity of care and works with GP obstetricians in a shared care model.
International candidates with substantial maternity skills and experience are encouraged to apply. Sponsorship for temporary and permanent visas is offered. Maternity care in a regional setting calls for broad skills and calm judgement. A team where everyone's views are heard makes a real difference, and practitioners who like variety in a single shift tend to do well. Clear, kind communication with families matters just as much as clinical skill, and a settled regional posting suits people planning a longer stay. Colleagues who enjoy teaching and learning from one another will feel at home in a team of this size.
