A values-driven non-profit that cares for communities throughout New South Wales is recruiting a Registered Nurse for its 28-bed aged care home in Orange. You would bring clinical skill and a passion for person-centred care to senior members of the community, supported by experienced leaders and a corporate team.
The job is part-time and suits someone who can be rostered on varied days and shifts. The employer will consider visa sponsorship for the right candidate, and post-graduate applications are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
- Offer clinical services to residents, always centred on the individual
- Look after residents who are living with dementia

Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse status, with full unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Post-graduate applicants are welcome
- Experience of, or readiness to learn about, caring for people with dementia, and a real affinity for it
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving ability
- Highly motivated team player
- Available across various shifts and days
- Vaccinated as the employer's immunisation policy requires, which includes the required COVID-19 doses and annual influenza, and a pre-employment medical assessment
