The employer is a healthcare company owned in Western Australia that offers in-home care, Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) services and community nursing, and also provides skilled nurses to residential aged care facilities and hospitals across the city. It needs experienced, qualified Registered Nurses for permanent full-time work.
The Clinical Care Manager is the line manager, and work takes place at various Perth locations, including the CBD and areas north and south of the river. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out the nursing process: assess patients, plan care, deliver it and evaluate results, to accepted standards
- Confer with other health professionals
- Keep patient care coordinated inside healthcare teams
- Give treatments, medications and therapies set out in care plans, and monitor them
- Lead health promotion and help with patient education
- Direct and coordinate Enrolled Nurses and other healthcare workers
- Keep healthcare records accurate
- Meet current clinical standards in home care, aged care, hospitals and community nursing
- Follow Work Health and Safety legislation, uphold infection control and report incidents and hazards without delay
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration, held as a Registered Nurse with the relevant nursing qualification
- Experience in community nursing and home care
- At least one year's full-time relevant experience
- A National Criminal History Check that is current
- A Working with Children Check that is current
- A Manual Handling Certificate that is current
- A valid driver's licence
- Current COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations
- An Infection Control certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
