A major private aged care provider in Australia is open to expressions of interest from seasoned Registered Nurses for full-time, permanent posts at homes in regional parts of five states. The nurse's job is skilled bedside care that lets residents keep their dignity and independence, and that leads to good outcomes for residents, their families and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
- Give safe, effective care centred on the person
- Assess residents and draw up their care plans
- Write clinical records
- Hand out medicines
- Keep an eye on residents' health
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families
- Mentor and support the care team, and help raise the quality of care step by step
Requirements & Eligibility
- Readiness to work in regional locations across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA
- Registered Nurse experience of at least 2 years
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Any experience gained only overseas must be within the last 5 years, and Australian experience is highly regarded
- Strong skills in clinical assessment and decision-making
- Excellent teamwork and communication
- Dedication to person-centred, high-quality care
- Residential aged care experience, knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and experience leading clinical teams are highly regarded
