A permanent, full-time Service Manager is wanted by a Perth provider of disability support and nursing care that is growing. The person in the role is an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse who manages care for clients living with disability, directs support workers and keeps the service in line with NDIS regulations and government standards.
Employer sponsorship may be considered for suitably qualified and experienced candidates who meet the role's requirements, subject to eligibility and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate services for people living with disability
- Ensure client support plans are person-centred and in place
- Supervise and coach the support worker team
- Direct support workers towards high standards of care and compliance
- Keep the service compliant with NDIS regulations and government standards
- Develop good working relationships with clients, their families and key stakeholders
- Keep client documentation and assessments thorough and current
- Work with clients, families and health professionals to build and maintain support plans
- Run service delivery, including how client funds are managed
- Ensure the team has the resources and training for complex client needs
Requirements & Eligibility
- Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
- Proven disability and/or aged care experience, ideally within the NDIS framework
- Leadership and people management strengths
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across diverse backgrounds
- Committed to high standards of clinical care and compliance
- Grasp of the NDIS, with experience of clients who have complex needs
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate less than 3 years old
- Valid driver's licence
