Automotive Mechanic / WoF Inspector

Visa sponsorship

Automotive · Auckland, New Zealand · Full-Time · $30 - $45/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Looking for mechanic work in Auckland? One independent workshop there is growing and wants experienced automotive technicians for permanent, full-time hours, Monday to Saturday. It has two openings. Position 1 is a WoF Inspector and experienced mechanic who does general workshop jobs and also inspects vehicles in line with NZTA requirements, which calls for a current WoF Inspector authority. Position 2 is an experienced automotive mechanic working mainly on servicing, diagnostics, mechanical repairs and WoF-related repairs.

Because the employer holds AEWV accreditation from Immigration New Zealand, it is approved to sponsor people on the Accredited Employer Work Visa. To apply, send your CV plus a brief note on your experience, qualifications and the position you are applying for.

A strong mechanic's CV names the systems you repair, the diagnostic equipment you use and any inspection work. If you trained through a Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT) certificate in Kampala or Entebbe, add it, and get the layout done with a quick CV builder such as Build AI CV.
