A growing group of barbershops has a free chair in each of its three Sydney shops, all in the eastern suburbs and about 15 minutes from one another, and it plans more locations. Because the shops trade seven days a week, you build your roster around what works for you, anywhere from a few days to seven.
Team members come from around the world, and each shop has a different personality: one is a walk-in favourite by a station, one sits by the beach with loyal regulars, and one is in the inner city. Full-time and part-time positions exist, working holiday visa holders are welcome, and the group offers visa sponsorship for one barber at each shop.
