Field Service Engineer Technician

Onshore applicants only

Visa sponsorship

Engineering · Auckland, New Zealand · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only

A growing Auckland business that supplies manufacturing, food and beverage, packaging and automation customers is hiring a Field Service Engineering Technician. The technician looks after the set-up, servicing and support of mainly coding, marking, laser and labelling technologies in use throughout New Zealand and Pacific Island territories such as Fiji, Samoa and Tahiti, with regular travel.

The equipment is sophisticated, an electro-mechanical production line system with an important software element, so the work covers sole-charge installs, software integration, repairs, customer training and help desk support. The employer holds Accredited Employer status with Immigration New Zealand, which makes sponsorship under the AEWV possible. It asks for immigration credentials to live and work in New Zealand, so only applicants already in New Zealand are considered.

Show your technical range on the CV: equipment installed, repairs and software upgrades completed and customers trained. Kampala engineering or industrial work can be listed. Prepare a field service technician CV with Build AI CV before you apply.
