A Perth building group with a good reputation is adding to its metal roofing installation team, and it is looking for experienced Metal Roofing Installers and Roof Plumbers to work full-time. You would answer to the construction manager and work with the construction team to meet project schedules, safety standards and workmanship expectations.
For suitable candidates wanting full-time employment, visa sponsorship may be considered, subject to eligibility and applicable requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Put up pre-painted steel and other metal roofing
- Fix flashings, cappings, gutters and downpipes in place
- Handle the other roof plumbing parts
- Study the plans and roofing specifications before starting
- Leave each roof properly installed, weatherproof and neat
- Work with site supervisors and other trades
- Work safely and keep sites tidy and organised
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated metal roof installation and roof plumbing experience
- Strong practical knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods and detailing
- A commitment to safety, quality and agreed schedules
- Independent, and a good team member
- Communicates clearly and professionally with builders, trades and customers
- Construction White Card and relevant working-at-heights training
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Relevant trade qualifications are highly regarded
- Practical and dependable
