Scaffolders with Intermediate or Advanced skills are being sought in Western Australia's South West by a majority Aboriginal-owned company that is growing in maintenance, shutdown work and specialised projects for the resources and minerals industry.
Work is on offer in two forms. Full-time staff follow a roster (4:2, 4:4, sportsman or 5:2), while casual staff have ongoing shifts. Anyone applying should already live in the Bunbury area or be happy to move there, and should be ready for a medical before starting and for ongoing alcohol and drug testing. The company notes that sponsorship is possible for a candidate who fits.

Key Responsibilities
- Put up, change and take down scaffolding on maintenance, shutdown and project jobs
- Work rostered shifts on fast-moving industrial sites, follow safety procedures and do the job properly every time
Requirements & Eligibility
- Scaffolding experience of at least 3 years in busy industrial work
- Working at Heights ticket, current and dated within 2 years
- Confined Spaces ticket, current and dated within 2 years
- High Risk Work Licence (SI or SA)
- Able to pass a medical before starting
- Able to pass alcohol and drug screening
- Lives locally or is willing to move to the area
