Scaffolding work is coming up around Geraldton and across regional Western Australia, on residential, commercial and mine site projects, and experienced Advanced Scaffolders are being hired. Employment is casual with an immediate start; permanent employment is open to those looking to move to Geraldton, and permanent sponsorship opportunities are available on a 494 or 482 visa.

You would be responsible for erecting, altering, inspecting and dismantling scaffolding safely, to Australian Standards, with safety and quality kept high.

Key Responsibilities
- Put up, change and take down scaffolding safely and efficiently.
- Inspect scaffolds.
- Complete the inspection checklists required.
- Help with planning and preparing scaffold works.
- Complete job documentation accurately.
- Work safely and add to a positive team culture.
- Stay committed to workplace health and safety.
Requirements & Eligibility
- A minimum of 3 years as an Advanced Scaffolder.
- Real, proven hands-on time on scaffold, not only a recently obtained Advanced Scaffolding ticket.
- A current Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence together with a Construction White Card.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards for scaffolding.
- Good teamwork, good independent working and excellent communication.
- Fitness for a pre-employment medical, plus ongoing drug and alcohol screening.
- A current Drivers Licence.
- Current Working at Heights (essential).
- Residence in Geraldton, or willingness to move or travel to Geraldton for work.
- A current National Criminal History Check (essential).
