Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar and venue operations
- Lead and train bar and front-of-house staff
- Supervise the floor
- Keep customer service excellent
- Manage stock, ordering and inventory
- Handle cash and the opening and closing routines
- Ensure RSA, liquor licensing and workplace safety are met
- Support rostering, performance and cost control
- Assist with functions, events and promotions
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years' hospitality management or supervisory experience, including busy pub or tavern work
- Strong leadership and communication
- Current RSA certificate and WA Approved Manager accreditation (or willingness to obtain it)
- Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Reliable and professional, working independently when needed
