Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, including handmade pasta and traditional recipes
- Keep the kitchen operating well each day, including inventory management and cleanliness standards
- Develop new recipes and menu items with the kitchen team
- Look after the kitchen staff and keep the working environment positive
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements & Eligibility
- Certificate I - IV is preferred, with cooking for 2 years also preferred
- Italian cuisine for 2 years is preferred, and work authorisation for Australia is preferred as well
