Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support educators so that programs are high quality
- Keep the centre compliant with NQF, National Law & Regulations and service policies
- Keep improving and hold standards against the National Quality Standard (NQS)

Requirements & Eligibility
- Leadership experience in early childhood education
- Good understanding of the National Quality Framework
- Leads teams with warmth, clarity and professionalism
- Communicates well and builds relationships
- Passion for high-quality care and education
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, and relevant clearances
- Up-to-date Child Safety and Child Protection Training
- Dedication to children
