After a retirement, a premium bespoke joinery business in the far south of the South Island, in business for over 30 years, is looking for an experienced Joiner to take a full-time permanent role. The week is 40-44 hours.
You must be trade qualified, with at minimum kitchen cabinetry, or have three years of proven experience connected with joinery. Because it is an Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) employer, the business can sponsor the right international candidates into permanent employment in New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
- Make high-end joinery items
- Make household cabinetry
- Study and interpret technical drawings and documents
- Plan each project and resolve issues so it is delivered on time
- Take on some joinery installation
Requirements & Eligibility
- A trade qualification, with at minimum kitchen cabinetry, or three years of experience connected with joinery that is proven
- The ability to manufacture household cabinetry to a very high standard
- Some skill in joinery installation
- A strong work ethic and excellent time management
- Effective communication with all other staff, plus the ability to plan and problem solve
