Spray resurfacing is the specialty of a Perth business serving residential and commercial customers, and it is recruiting a skilled and experienced Resurfacing Specialist (Spray Painter) to work full time. Cabinetry, bench-tops, bathroom vanities, tiles and other fixed surfaces get a fresh finish through modern techniques and durable coatings.
Projects span homes and commercial buildings throughout Western Australia. Supported sponsorship through the 482 visa may be open to the right candidate.
Ugandan painters can show before-and-after projects and trade training on the CV and prepare it in Build AI CV.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces, then spray durable coatings on cabinetry, bench-tops, bathroom vanities, tiles and fixed joinery
- Achieve an even, professional look in every room or area
- Observe safety rules and leave the workplace tidy
- Respond to client questions and concerns
- Work with colleagues on smoother processes and better ways of doing the job
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2-5 years of spray painting or resurfacing experience
- Proven skill at preparing and painting varied surfaces to a high standard, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Effective communication and team skills
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport to work sites, and certification in relevant trade skills or equivalent training, which is highly regarded
