Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial control.
- Run day-to-day fund operations.
- Oversee and review outsourced providers: fund administration, property accounting and tax advisers.
- Take the lead on financial reporting, including NAV calculations, cashflow forecasting and financing arrangements.
- Support compliance.
- Liaise with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners as needed, external Accountants & Auditors and Bankers.
Requirements & Eligibility
- CA/CPA qualified.
- Client experience in the funds or property sector as a FM or Senior FM.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal, with a strong work ethic, initiative and a proactive, positive approach.
