Cooks and chefs who like modern pub food and fresh produce could fit this Assistant Chef opening in Sydney, Australia. The pub is changing hands, and its new owners plan a lively neighbourhood hub and sports venue with a strong food offering, renovations across the hotel and more entertainment.
Lunch and dinner will be served daily across several areas. The work is casual, with Monday and Tuesday lunch and dinner shifts plus Saturday and Sunday lunch or dinner, and hours should grow with the venue. Anyone ready to start immediately is strongly preferred. The venue may be able to offer sponsorship opportunities to the right candidate.
