Key Responsibilities
- Help the leadership team give guests a great visit.
- Respond to guest feedback sensitively.
- Check that meals, hygiene and safety meet the standard at all times.
- Assist with training and induction.
- Coach the crew, and contribute to rosters and compliance while keeping systems and records in good order.
- Promote offers, brief staff and keep morale high.
Requirements & Eligibility
