Chefs at every level can apply to a busy Brisbane hotel venue serving seafood, pub classics, share plates, fresh pasta, wood-fired pizzas and grill dishes, with casual, part-time and full-time hours on offer.
It wants organised, on-time, reliable people who can work autonomously with guidance and direction from the senior head chefs, and it gives experience across a diverse menu in a fast-paced kitchen. Sponsorship is available for approved applicants.

- Focused, follows direction.
- Available for a rotating roster, weekends and public holidays included, and holds a valid Food Handler's Certificate.
