Sydney's harbourside dining scene is where this opening sits. A bar and dining venue there is looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) and commis chefs who want to show what they can do. Guests come for lunch and dinner, 6 days a week, and the kitchen takes pride in dishes made with curiosity and care.
The business has grown and wants an experienced CDP to join the dynamic team. Roles can be full-time, part-time or casual, on a flexible and rotating roster, and sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Mise-en-place preparation and keeping ingredients fresh.
- Making sure stocks are held in optimum conditions.
- Cooking and serving food to the restaurant's quality and service standards.
- Training kitchen staff as directed by the chef in charge.
- Keeping the kitchen and food storage areas safe and clean.
- Supporting high kitchen team performance and a harmonious environment among all restaurant staff.
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 2-3 years' experience within a similar role is expected.
- Passionate about cooking, punctual and hard-working.
- Enthusiastic about learning.
- A team player who supports a culture of teamwork.
