A modern Asian restaurant in the Perth area, an award winner, wants an experienced Chef de Partie or Commis Chef to join a kitchen team that is already successful. Flavours are big, bold and balanced, service runs for lunch and dinner every day of the week, and the restaurant handles more than 1,000 covers weekly.
The restaurant sits in a hospitality precinct where several venues draw on one shared kitchen. That means a varied, busy workload and the chance to learn from senior chefs who want to train future leaders. Sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce an exceptional, consistent product during service
- Follow recipes and the directions of senior chefs and managers
- Cover several sections: pans, wok, fryers, larder and grill
- Work autonomously
- Keep pace in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
- Support the shared kitchen that serves the precinct's venues
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a chef in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Experience of Asian cuisine preferred, though not essential
- Experience relevant to the position applied for
- A commercial cookery certificate
- Able to work flexible hours
- Available on weekends and public holidays
- Drive, and a willingness to grow into a leadership role
