Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- A trade qualification and at least 12 months of relevant experience
- Alternatively, at least 3 years of relevant experience if not trade qualified
- Budget and menu development experience within your area of expertise
- Takes direction well and maintains high standards
- Enthusiasm for a fast-paced hospitality setting and a genuine love of food
- Eager to learn, develop and grow professionally
