Chef de Partie
Visa sponsorship
Hospitality · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
Moving from Kampala to a Perth kitchen is a big step, so look at the facts first. A busy restaurant there is hiring a full-time Chef de Partie. Sauces, stocks, butter, bread and desserts come from its own stoves and ovens, and the beef is dry aged and butchered on the spot.
Day to day, you would prepare food for service to the accepted standards, keep the kitchen clean and safe, handle supplies so nothing is wasted, and help train other kitchen staff, with close support for the Head Chef on planning, inventory, scheduling and ordering.
The employer has said sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
