Here is a head chef role for a cook who already leads from the front. A well-known, growing hospitality group is hiring for its waterfront restaurant of around 80 seats. Menus are bold, modern Australian, with plates for sharing as well as smaller dishes, and kitchen work is done in-house from local produce.
The Head Chef sits down with the owner to build the menu, then recruits, trains and guides the team from the pass. It is a full-time post on a 38-hour week. Head chefs are welcome, as are senior sous chefs who feel ready for a first head chef role. Visa sponsorship is open for discussion for the right person.
