Preparing and cooking food each day and executing the menu are at the heart of the job, held to high standards of quality, presentation and hygiene.
The kitchen is busy, and the work brings variety across café customers, group bookings and catering. The employer is an Immigration accredited employer, which is the status needed to sponsor workers on an Accredited Employer Work Visa.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food and cook it every day
- Execute the menu for the café, functions and catering services

Requirements & Eligibility
- A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Chef in a café, restaurant or commercial kitchen
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures, plus time management and organisation, with the ability to work under pressure at busy times
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positivity, reliability and pride in delivering quality food
