Restaurants, bars, a beer garden and function and event spaces fill a restored seaside precinct near Melbourne, and the precinct is hiring experienced cooks. It looks for people who are genuinely invested in great food and guest experiences, and who can work a fast-paced kitchen under the direction of senior chefs.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for approved applicants. The roster rotates, with weekends and public holidays included, and cooks are expected to help with budgets and menu development in their own area.

Key Responsibilities
- Cook and prepare food at a high standard, as directed by the senior chefs

Requirements & Eligibility
- For tradespeople, a trade qualification and at least 12 months of relevant experience; for others, at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Budget and menu development know-how in your own specialism
- Follows instructions and holds standards high
- Enthusiastic about fast-paced hospitality, with a real passion for food
- Keen to learn and to progress professionally
- Good communication and teamwork, a guest-first mindset and pride in craft, with flexibility for a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
