Large events are the focus of this Events Chef position at a winery and restaurant in a famous Western Australian wine region. The venue serves leisurely long lunches and also hosts weddings of 150 guests, and it wants an experienced chef to take ownership of the food for its events.
Daily restaurant experience already exists in the kitchen team, so this chef contributes specialist experience in weddings, functions, banquets or catering and leads that side of the business. Between events, you will lead a section and support prep or service, working with the Head Chef and kitchen team. Visa sponsorship might be available for a suitable candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan wedding and event food service
