Head Chef

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Gold Coast, QLD, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

On the Gold Coast, a hospitality group wants a Head Chef to run the kitchen for two venues that sit next to each other. One is a busy American-style tap and grill house, award-winning, serving smoked BBQ cooked low and slow alongside premium grilled steaks and burgers. The other is a cocktail lounge styled on the 1920s, where a premium tapas menu is shared at the table and served at private functions. The Head Chef answers to the Executive Chef.

The group invites applications from people who would need visa sponsorship, and it will back the right candidate through the process where applicable.

Your CV should speak the language of a head chef: menus designed, brigades led, costs controlled and events delivered. Add any hotel kitchen leadership from Kampala or Entebbe. Draft the CV with Build AI CV and keep it focused on results.
