An experienced Head Chef and an experienced Sous Chef or Cook are wanted at a high-volume American-style restaurant south of Melbourne. Expect a menu built around burgers, the grill and the fryer, and a prep-heavy kitchen designed to take pressure off the busiest periods of service.
Positions are full time with an immediate start, and the roster covers Wednesday to Sunday. Sponsorship is available to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen as Head Chef, or support it as Sous Chef or Cook
- Work the grill
- Work the fryer and cook burgers
- Handle the heavy prep that keeps peak services smooth
- Be on shift Wednesday to Sunday
Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef or Cook, including time in a high-volume restaurant
- Free to work Wednesday to Sunday and to start immediately
