Sydney's eastern beaches are getting a 90-seat neighbourhood bar built around steak and seafood, and its owners are looking for an experienced, creative Head Chef to run the kitchen from the launch. It is an open kitchen in a casual, lively beachside setting.
Because the launch menu of grilled steaks, seafood and house-made sauces is still being finalised, the successful Head Chef will shape it. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of kitchen operations and lead the team

Requirements & Eligibility
- Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef, with 5+ years in fast-paced venues
- Passion for cooking and for premium local ingredients
- A leader who motivates and mentors, builds team culture and has strong financial and operational skills
- Can start immediately and take on a ground-up build
