Key Responsibilities
- Cook and prepare dishes as the menu and quality standards require
- Keep the kitchen clean and organised, and meet food safety and hygiene rules

Requirements & Eligibility
- Chef experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong love of Italian cuisine and of cooking with fresh, quality ingredients
- Able to stay detail-focused in a fast-paced setting
- Strong teamwork and communication
- Flexible about schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Italian-style pizza skills (stretching, topping, oven work) are preferred but not essential, with full training provided for the right candidate
- Willingness to work as part of a team
