Its flexible space runs a bistro restaurant and often hosts weddings, conferences, functions and live music events.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute ideas to menus for the bistro and events packages
- Help hire people and develop the team already in place, setting a positive tone in the kitchen
- Direct the kitchen crew and deliver against KPIs
- Keep quality, portions and plating consistent
- Run the bistro service and the planning behind regular functions and events
Requirements & Eligibility
- A background of 2+ years in comparable roles
- Emotionally intelligent, with strong skill in managing people
- A proven record of managing a fast-paced, multifaceted kitchen
